Critical Path

description:   There is a case that a task is behind to the schedule and the succeeding task becomes to be delayed, then the phase cannot be concluded on the due date. In this case, we say, the task is on the critical-path. When the succeeding task does not exist, or there is some blank period between the tasks, the task is NOT in the path, because the delay does not immediately mean the delay of the phase.
